
235, 27 September 2023, Press Release Regarding the Fire Occurred at a Wedding in Mosul / Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs
We have learned with deep sorrow that the fire at a wedding last night (September 26) in the Hamdaniye district of Mosul, Iraq, claimed the lives of over 100 persons and wounded around 500 people.
We extend our condolences for those who lost their lives due to this tragic incident as well as to the relatives of the deceased, and wish a speedy recovery to the wounded.
