H.E. Mr. Mehmet Kemal Bozay, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, virtually addressed the High Level Segment of the 52nd Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, held in Geneva from 27 February to 3 March 2023.
Deputy Minister Bozay focused on current global issues concerning human rights and emphasized our country’s strong commitment to protecting and promoting fundamental rights and freedoms.
On this occasion, Deputy Minister Bozay thanked the international community for their solidarity in response to the earthquake disaster that struck our country.
