Visit by Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Development, Sim Ann to Turkey and Greece, 10 to 17 March
Senior Minister of State (SMS), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Development Sim Ann is currently in Turkey. SMS Sim visited Ankara and Istanbul from 13 March 2022, where she met Ankara Mayor Mansur Yavaş, Justice and Development Party (AKP) Deputy Chair for Environment, Cities and Culture Çiğdem Karaaslan, the Turkey-Singapore Parliamentary Friendship Group led by Chairperson Nilgün Ök, and İstanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu. The discussions reaffirmed the excellent relations between both countries, as well as the good cooperation between Singapore and the two metropolitan cities. SMS Sim will also meet representatives of Singapore companies in Turkey, and will engage the Singaporean community in Istanbul over an evening reception tonight.
SMS Sim will depart Turkey for Greece on 16 March 2022.
